1. What PornClipSaver is
PornClipSaver is a tool. You paste a link to a video or picture on another website, and PornClipSaver fetches that file from the original website and passes it to your device. We do not host, upload, store or index videos, and we have no control over the content of the websites we fetch from.
2. Adults only
The websites PornClipSaver works with contain sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and viewing such material must be legal for you where you are.
3. Your responsibility
You decide what to download, and you are responsible for it. Only save content you have the right to save, for your own private use. Respect copyright, the privacy of the people shown, and the terms of the websites you download from.
4. What you must not do
You must not use PornClipSaver:
- to infringe copyright or other rights, or to share, sell or republish downloaded content;
- for content showing minors, non-consensual acts, or anyone who did not agree to be filmed or shared;
- through scripts, bots or scrapers, as an API for another service, or in any way meant to get around our limits and protections;
- to disrupt, overload or attack the site.
We may limit, block or refuse any request, from anyone, at any time.
5. Copyright
We respect the rights of copyright owners. If you own content that can be fetched through PornClipSaver and want it blocked, follow our DMCA and copyright policy. We block content named in valid notices.
6. Content we refuse
We screen requests and refuse content that appears to involve minors or non-consent, and anything a court or rights holder has asked us to block. Report such content to [email protected] and to the website hosting it.
7. Other websites and ads
The websites you download from are run by others and have their own terms. Ads on PornClipSaver are served by advertising partners; we are not responsible for their content or for the sites they lead to. Think twice before entering personal details anywhere an ad takes you.
8. Availability
PornClipSaver is free and offered as it is. It may be slow or unavailable, or stop working with a website, at any time, and we may change or end any part of it without notice.
9. No warranty
We make no promise that the service is accurate, complete, safe or suitable for any purpose, or that downloaded files are free of errors.
10. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from your use of PornClipSaver, of downloaded content, or of other websites and ads.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages that arise because you broke these terms or the law while using PornClipSaver.

13. Language
These terms may be shown in other languages for convenience. If the versions differ, the English one applies.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the day it is published, and using the site after that means you accept it.
