This page explains what PornClipSaver processes about you, why, and for how long.
What we don't collect
You don't create an account, and we don't ask for your name or email address to use the downloader. We don't keep a record of which videos or pictures you look up or download.
What we process
- Requests and the visitor log. Your browser sends your IP address and browser type with every request. We use them to deliver pages and files, to stop abuse and to apply rate limits. We also keep a log of the pages of this site you open and of your lookups and downloads: the time, your IP address, the approximate place Cloudflare derives from it (country, region and city), your browser and device type, the site that sent you here, the website a link belongs to, the quality and size of a file and whether it worked. The log never says which video or picture it was. Entries are deleted after 30 days.
- Visit statistics. We count page views, visitors, countries, languages and device types. These counts don't identify anyone.
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact or DMCA form, we keep what you write so we can answer and handle your request.
Why
We keep the visitor log to run the service: to see that it works, to find and fix what fails, and to find and stop abuse such as automated downloading. Its legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping PornClipSaver working and safe.
Cookies
The site needs a few small cookies to work:
- one remembering that you confirmed you are 18 or older;
- one remembering your cookie choice;
- one tying a download link to your browser, so links can't be reused by other sites;
- when our check for robots is switched on, one remembering that your browser passed it.
If you choose Accept all, our advertising partners may also set cookies to show and measure ads. Choose Essential only to refuse them.
Services we use
- Advertising partners show the ads on PornClipSaver and may process data under their own privacy policies when you accept their cookies.
- Cloudflare carries traffic to this site, tells us the approximate place of each request, and, when switched on, runs the check for robots.
- We may use an automated service to filter spam out of messages, to screen unsafe content and to understand why a download failed. Names, email addresses, signatures and IP addresses are never sent to it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, such as a message you sent us or the log entries for your IP address. Write to [email protected].
Children
PornClipSaver is for adults only. We don't knowingly process data about anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
