PornClipSaver does not host videos or pictures. Files are fetched from the original website only when a visitor asks for them, and nothing is stored on our servers. We still respect copyright: we block any content we receive a valid notice about, so it can no longer be fetched through PornClipSaver.
How to send a notice
Use the form below, or write to [email protected]. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice must include:
- The links to the content you want blocked, as they appear on the original website.
- A description of the copyrighted work, such as its title, studio and release date.
- Your name, address, email and telephone number, and whether you are the owner or act for them.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every notice as quickly as we can. When a notice is valid, the content is blocked on PornClipSaver for every visitor, and we reply to the email address in the notice.
Blocking on PornClipSaver does not remove the original. Please send your notice to the website that hosts the content too; only it can take it down.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was blocked by mistake or misidentification, write to [email protected] with:
- The links that were blocked.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the content was blocked by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address, or of any court where we can be found if you live outside the United States.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
False claims
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can make the sender liable for damages, including costs and legal fees (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
