Most failed downloads come down to one of these nine causes. Work through them in order; the first three solve the most.
1. The link is incomplete
XVideos and XNXX only answer with the full address, title included. Copy it again from the address bar or with Share → Copy link. How to copy the right link.
2. The video is private, premium or removed
Private videos, premium videos (Pornhub Premium, XVideos RED and paid creator collections) and videos the uploader or site removed can't be saved by anyone. Open the link on the site: if it doesn't play for you there, it can't be downloaded here.
3. You're in an in-app browser
Telegram, X, Reddit, Instagram and other apps open links in their own small browser, which often can't save files. Open the page in Safari, Chrome or Samsung Internet and try again.
4. The video isn't available in your country
Some sites hide videos in some countries. If the site shows you a message instead of the video, the download can't work either.
5. The site is slowing things down
The sites we fetch from sometimes limit how fast videos can be taken. Wait a minute and try again: a second try usually works.
6. You've downloaded a lot at once
To keep PornClipSaver fast for everyone, one person can only run a few downloads at the same time and a certain number per hour. If you're told to wait, let a download finish first.
7. Your storage is full
A 1080p video can take several hundred megabytes. Free up space, or choose a lower quality. Quality and file sizes.
8. The download stops halfway
That's usually the connection: a phone switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the screen locking. Keep the screen on, stay on one network and try again; a lower quality finishes faster.
9. Your browser blocked the download
Some browsers ask before saving files from a site for the first time. Look for a message at the top or bottom of the screen and choose Allow or Download.
